Job opportunity with a leading Investment ban for Project Advisory & Structured Finance
Location: Mumbai (BKC)
Reporting to: AVP / VP
Experience: 2-7 years
Qualification : Full-time MBA (Finance) from a reputed Top B-School or Chartered Accountant
Role:
Support project finance, infrastructure advisory, and corporate finance transactions from origination to closure. Responsibilities include project appraisal, feasibility and market analysis, financial modelling, valuation, funding structuring, and fund arrangement/syndication.
Key Responsibilities:
– Evaluate business plans, project feasibility, risks, and mitigation strategies.
– Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and financing documents.
– Build and review financial models for project evaluation.
– Assist in capital structuring, fund raising, and syndication.
Support valuation, acquisition advisory, and transaction execution.
Key Skills :
– Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Relevant experience in financial institutions, large lenders, or financial advisory firms.
Preferred: Exposure to infrastructure/core sectors, start-ups, M&A, or Private Equity.
