Chartered accountants – Compliance officer
Position: Chartered Accountant – Accounting and Compliance Associate Vice President
Role:
– Oversee accounting and auditing duties for all three of our companies.
– Income tax filing – tax consultation for ultra-high net worth individuals
– Strategy for sales and business development for all three companies
– Oversee all compliance related duties for all three companies.
Professional certification: Must have passed all CA exams. Must be a Chartered Accountant. Ideally, two years of experience post CA certification required. The candidate must be well knowledgeable about accounting procedures in India.

– MS PowerPoint
– MS Excel
– Tally
Salary:
– The starting salary for this role is 8 to 14 Lakhs along with a quarterly bonus based on performance. We provide ESOPs to all team members, based on performance, once they’ve completed 1 year of employment.
– Salary may be negotiable depending on the candidate.
Bond:
There is a financial bond in place for this role for two years post joining. This is to ensure that only interested candidates apply.
