Position: Property Accountant
Roles & Responsibilities
– GL Accounting
– Review & analyze Income statement and Balance Sheet
– Post accruals, prepaids, reclasses, amortizations, true-ups
– Review & analyze OpEx vs. CapEx
– Review & analyze Budget vs. Actuals vs. Underwriting proformas
– Ensure Fees, Charges, Payables, Receivables are audited and posted, nothing should be missed
– Ensure notes with update are posted by property managers for variances
– Support Audits / Compliance filings
– Prepare packages / decks with KPI analysis forĀ boardĀ meetings
