Roles & Responsibilities:
– Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS for the organization.
– Set up and strengthen finance processes, systems, controls, and reporting frameworks.
– Manage cash flow, working capital, treasury, and fund planning.
– Drive business/commercial finance, profitability analysis, cost optimization, and performance management.
– Evaluate projects, investments, capex, and business expansion plans through financial modelling and feasibility analysis.
– Partner with business functions and senior leadership to provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making.
– Conduct variance analysis, financial reporting, and KPI tracking for management.
– Ensure statutory compliance, audit coordination, and financial governance.
– Lead and develop the existing finance team while establishing a scalable finance function.
