Roles and Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end operations for business loans, ensuring timely disbursal and loan processing.
– Oversee SME lending and MSME lending activities, including underwriting coordination and team management.
– Implement process automation tools such as LOS, LMS, TAT optimization, and Fintech operations to improve efficiency.
– Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
Desired Candidate Profile:
– 6 – 9 years of experience in Business Loan Operations or related field (SME Lending/MSME Lending).
– Strong understanding of fintech operations, loan processing, disbursement, underwriting coordination, team management, and process automation.
– Proven track record in optimizing turnaround times (TAT) using various techniques like workflow management software.
