Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts

Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts (Accounts Receivables)

Job purpose: Reconciliation of critical activities such as Cash, Credit Card and Wallets of Stores

Job Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: CA Fresher

Key Deliverables (Essential functions & Responsibilities of the Job):

• Ensuring preparation of Reconciliations and obtaining sign offs with Ecommerce Partners on quarterly basis.

• Reporting of Weekly and Monthly Sales numbers to management and ensuring Sales reconciliation.

• Accounting of collections and other areas related to AR Function.

• Reporting Ageing of Receivables to Management on a weekly/monthly level.

• Monitoring Margins and ensuring correct Sales orders are created and validated.

• Reconciliation and validation of Invoices of Logistics, commission and other expenses of Partner Business.
