Responsibilities:

• Monitoring portfolio distribution, concentration, and segmental risk. Monitor portfolio performance and risks emanating from the same across product, geography, program etc.

• Monitoring Portfolio risk through dashboards and early warning signals, risk limit framework. Close monitoring of early warning indicators, early delinquency, bounce rates, non-starters and other trends.

• Continuous and structured monitoring of credit underwriting policies, framework and related processes for respective products. Approval of new policies, programs and review/amendments of existing policies.

• Keep a watch on the budgeted credit loss vis-à-vis actual credit losses and early indicators to suggest appropriate policy changes.

• Suggesting improvements in underwriting policies, processes based on portfolio performance and market trends.

• Working closely with model risk and BIU team to get risk estimation models fine-tuned.

• Trigger monitoring and control – Coordinating with analytics team for preparation/improvement in various management dashboard/ Analysis/ development of score card

• Pointing out the opportunities, issues and suggesting corrective action to the stakeholders

• Track risk management best practices across industry and evaluate the same for implementation.

• Regular coordinate with various units including Finance, Credit, Policy, Audit etc.

Candidate profile:

• BE +MBA Finance/ CA

• Preference for certifications like FRM, PRM, CFA etc

• 2+ years of relevant experience in Credit Risk

• Flair for analytics

• Understanding of retail finance products, services and processes of NBFCs, Banks
