1. Should be proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point

2. Should be able to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers as well as external persons like consultants, vendors and customers

Job Summary:

Management Trainee will be given on job training in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Oracle Financial ERP, monthly MIS preparation, preparation of Annual Financial Statements & Budgeting. After successfully completing training period of 1 year (can vary based on level of understanding) regular placement will be done in F&A.

Job Description:

1. The Management Trainee will be trained on following aspects of finance function through on Job Training:

– AP, AR, GL & FA modules in Oracle Fusion ERP

– Monthly closure of books of accounts and reporting

– Preparation of Monthly Management Report

– Preparation of Annual Budget, analysis budget v/s actual variances and track the impact of corrective actions

– Preparation of Annual Financial Statements

2. Trainee will be expected to work under respective manager and perform the assigned tasks

3. The person would be assigned a special project in any of the areas mentioned above.
