JOB DESCRIPTION TEAM LEADER-AUDIT
INTRODUCTION
BMC runs under two entities through which we operate:
(I) Professional Firm – B M Chatrath & Co LLP – Chartered Accountants
(II) Offshore Division of BMC – BMC Support And Accounting Services Private Limited (BMC SAAS)

We are a 100 year old practicing Professional Firm in India with nineteen partners, three hundred staff members having six own offices throughout the country. Our main area of service lines include Audit, Assurance, Taxation, Financial due diligence etc.
(II) BMC Support And Accounting Services Private Limited (BMC SAAS)
This is a business process offshoring company providing quality audit and accounting, payroll, finance, taxation, corporate advisory, and a number of other financial services directly to customers and accounting firms across the globe for over six years. We have fifty experienced Staff including Managers and Supervisors.
JOB SUMMARY
The Team Leader – Audit reports to the Offshore Team and is responsible for maintaining the deadline of the allotted assignment and quality deliverables.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
– Chartered Accountant/ CMA
– Possess a minimum of 0 to 3 years of statutory / external audit experience.
– Working knowledge of IND AS is must and IFRS & USGAAP is preferable.
ANNUAL CTC
– Rs. 8 lakhs and negotiable based on experience and knowledge.
RESPONSIBILITIES
– Builds strong working relationships with clients to gather information, resolve problems
– Effectively documents work.
– Identifies, communicates and solves engagement and technical issues as well as communicating engagement progress in a timely and organized manner.
– Supervises, trains and mentors Audit Associates.
– Works as an effective team member to successfully complete engagements including preparing financial statements, footnote disclosures
REQUIRED SKILLS
– Possess excellent communication and strong presentation, written, and verbal skills
– Should be able to manage multiple engagements and compete priorities in a suitable environment
– Willing to collaborate and build rapport effectively with others
– Ability to work extra hours when such need arises
– Possess good work ethic and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
