Deputy Manager – Finance

– Maintenance of accurate records for all day-to-day transactions

– Managing day-to-day funds

– Managing treasury function, raising WCDL & short-term loans as per the business requirements

– Preparing MIS reports, cash & fund flow statement and other financial reports for tracking the financial performance of the company

– Finalization of financial accounts

– Responsible for various statutory & secretarial compliances

– Coordinating and participating with Statutory, External & Internal auditors for periodical audits

– Manage general ledgers reconciliations and mapping of receivables and payables

– Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending a further course of action

– Analyse the company’s actual performance as compared to the business plans

– Assist in the preparation of the company’s budget

– Any other ad-hoc work assigned from time to time
